Frank Arbogast

Frank Arbogast is a Student Success Strategic Leader who specializes in supporting community college systems in their use of Navigate360 to drive improvements in student outcomes, optimize efficient and scalable processes, and foster collaboration amongst EAB's community college partners.

Frank has previously served as a Launch Consultant at EAB and a Dedicated Advisor at the Advisory Board Company. He lives in Washington DC and enjoys seeing the country one partner visit at a time.
