Jahtm Flores

Jahtm Flores serves as a Strategic Leader on EAB’s Technology Partner Success team. In this role, she collaborates with institutional leaders to implement efficient and effective student success practices. Jahtm is passionate about helping institutions develop resources, support structures, and workflows that improve the work of administrators and ultimately empower students to achieve their academic goals.

Before joining EAB, Jahtm worked in academic advising at various institutions, supporting students in Undeclared, Biology, Architecture, Art and Design majors. Jahtm holds a Master of Education (M.Ed) in Counselor Education from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Human Services Counseling from Old Dominion University. Jahtm is originally from Virginia Beach, Va but now lives in Los Angeles, Ca. Jahtm enjoys cooking, live music, comedy shows, working out and exploring restaurants across the city.
