Callie Gompf-Phillips is a Research Analyst at EAB working on best practice research studies. As a Research Analyst, Callie has worked on research projects focused on engaging faculty with AI in their curricular and teaching practice, and optimizing the use of the campus’ built environment.
Callie originally joined EAB in 2022 as a Research Associate responding to partner research requests on topics including curricular transformation, faculty recruitment and retention, improving space utilization, campus space design innovations, and more. Callie has a BA in Psychology from Kenyon College.
