Dylan Jacovo

As a Strategic Leader, Dylan strives to use his data, policy, tech, and business skill-sets to surface evidence-based insights that promote informed, responsible, and equity-centered change. On a daily basis, Dylan provides strategic guidance, data-driven insights, best practices, and ongoing consulting support to higher education partners to help them optimize their student success efforts, improve retention outcomes, drive institutional effectiveness, manage strategy, and identify areas of actionable insights.

Dylan brings policy, professional services, and strategy consulting experience to his role at EAB, with experience supporting institutional and system leaders with change management planning, policy and practice assessment, strategic planning, and progress monitoring and evaluation. Prior to EAB, Dylan was a Senior Associate of Postsecondary Transitions and Strategy at Education Strategy Group. Dylan graduated summa cum laude from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and holds a Master of Public Policy (MPP) degree from the University of Chicago and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Kansas School of Business.

In his free time, Dylan enjoys traveling internationally with friends, watching college sports, listening to live music, and playing pickleball.
