As an Associate on EAB's Technology Partner Support team, Lia focuses on developing and facilitating training programs for Starfish administrators. She aims to ensure that these programs equip users with the knowledge and resources for optimal Starfish utilization at their institution.
Prior to this role, Lia worked on the Partner Support team for Navigate360 for 3+ years, specializing in the platform's predictive model and data analytics tools. Outside of work, Lia enjoys international travel, crocheting, hiking & camping, and live music.
