EAB is thrilled to announce the launch of two awards to celebrate our partners for their impactful work across campus and commitment to innovation. In a time when it’s more necessary than ever for leaders to embrace the spirit of invention to ensure a bright future for higher ed, our awards aim to recognize the most exceptional trailblazers in the industry.
We speak with leaders every day who push the boundaries of what’s possible in higher ed—whether it’s implementing out-of-sector strategies to boost student success, using new technologies to support faculty and staff, or embracing different organizational models to transform operational effectiveness. We look forward to celebrating these success stories and honoring the individuals, teams, and institutions who continually strive to make education smarter.

Change Maker Award
The Change Maker Award recognizes an individual who has made a significant and lasting impact through their dedication to positive change in support of their institution’s mission statement.
This individual acts with speed and intention to drive transformative change at their institution and demonstrates a willingness to challenge the status quo. Because of this individual’s actions, their institution achieved a specific positive outcome.
Award recipient: Individual

Innovative Institution Award
The Innovative Institution Award honors an institution or team who has pushed the boundaries of creativity and problem-solving to develop groundbreaking solutions. These solutions can be new processes, structures, or ideas, or they can be changes to existing processes and structures.
The winner will have demonstrated the power of insight, working tirelessly to discover new ideas, innovative practices, and powerful solutions. Their work set a new standard for others in the industry to replicate and inspired others to think outside the box.
Award recipient: Institution or team
Winners will be announced this fall and be recognized at IgnitED and other upcoming roundtable events. Award recipients will also be featured on EAB’s website and LinkedIn, and they will receive access to additional service offerings from EAB.
