Audrey Hester

As a Strategic Leader, Audrey provides strategic guidance, data-driven insights, best practices, and ongoing consulting support to higher education partners to help them optimize technology in their student success efforts, drive institutional effectiveness, manage strategy, and identify areas of actionable insights.

Before joining EAB, Audrey worked in college athletics administration at various institutions specializing in strategic planning, leadership development, at-risk student support, compliance and sport program oversight, and program management for student success initiatives. Audrey holds a Master of Education from the University of Virginia, a Juris Master from Emory University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in sociology from Randolph-Macon College where she was a lacrosse student-athlete.

In her free time, Audrey enjoys playing with her dog "Charlie", doing anything outside, and being a hobbyist crafter.
