Kyle Kubovcik

As a Strategic Leader with EAB's Student Success Technologies (Navigate360, Starfish, etc.), Kyle helps higher education institutions optimize their student success efforts by aligning institutional and student success and retention goals and priorities; managing the end-to-end relationship of universities utilizing the Navigate360 and Starfish technologies from onboarding and platform implementation strategy, through training and ongoing consulting support; as well as conducting data analyses to identify areas of actionable insights.

Kyle has over 10 years in higher education experience across various institution types (Large Public Land Grant, Private Top-10, Regional R1, etc.). Previous professional capacities included the intersection of Student and Academic Affairs, Student Success and Retention, Career Development and Experiential Learning, and Enrollment and Retention initiatives.

Outside of EAB, Kyle is an avid Cleveland sports fan; enjoyer of board and card games; plays golf, tennis, and pickleball; and performs whenever he can as a gigging bassist in the Richmond, Virginia theater, classical, and jazz scenes.
