Jay Wilson, MPA

Jay Wilson is a Partner Development Executive in EAB’s Advancement Marketing Services division, bringing more than 20 years of experience in higher education development and foundation leadership. Before joining EAB, he served as President and CEO of both the UMKC Foundation and the University of South Dakota Foundation. Over his career, Jay has been a member of fundraising teams responsible for more than $1 billion in fundraising revenue.

A specialist in major and principal gifts, Jay has extensive experience in athletics fundraising, capital projects of more than $30 million, and advanced planning for larger comprehensive campaigns that support institutional priorities.

In his current role, Jay partners with advancement leaders to understand their most pressing challenges and connect them with data-driven strategies that accelerate donor growth and revenue results. A lifelong learner and advocate for education’s impact, he continues to serve his community through local education leadership and mentoring.
