Danielle Fadare

Danielle Fadare serves as a Strategic Leader of Student Success at EAB, where she partners with colleges and universities to strengthen coordinated care networks, improve retention, and advance student success across the full student lifecycle. Drawing on her background in Teaching & Instruction and Project Management, Danielle brings a practitioner’s perspective to helping institutions adopt Navigate360, design effective advising experiences, and implement data-informed outreach strategies.

Danielle leads key initiatives including the HBCU Cohort, where she facilitates leadership roundtables, career pathway collaborations, and community-building programming. She also guides partners through maturity assessments, annual success planning, and cross-campus process mapping to support sustained, scalable impact. Passionate about equity, engagement, and student-centered design, Danielle equips campus teams to use analytics, coordinated outreach, and technology to remove barriers and help more students thrive.

Outside of work, Danielle enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and their two daughters.
