  • Session One: Portfolio Stewardship for Strategic Growth
    • Wednesday, February 25, 2026 | 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time
    • This session will explore the consequences of program proliferation and the strategic payoff of fewer, healthier programs. We’ll examine approaches to accelerating program review, including how to shift to an annual review structure and how to implement a program watch-list protocol. We’ll identify the right metrics for portfolio analysis and best structures for portfolio decision governance. We’ll also discuss approaches to the touchy subject of program sunsetting.
  • Session Two: Strengthening the Portfolio by Revitalizing Underperforming Programs
    • Wednesday, March 25, 2026 | 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time
    • Underperforming programs create missed opportunities in your portfolio and your enrollment strategy. This session will examine methodologies for diagnosing the root causes of program underperformance and common levers for improving program performance. We’ll also share a practical revitalization playbook to run a 90 – 180 day viability sprint.
  • Session Three: Key Disciplines for Smart Program Launch
    • Monday, April 27, 2026 | 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time
    • Most institutions are looking to grow enrollment by adding new programs to the portfolio, but if not approached carefully, this growth can look like profitless program proliferation instead of meaningful enrollment growth. In this session, we will examine core principles of market demand validation for new programs and how to develop a program business case with go/no-go criteria. We’ll discuss governance structures for program launch decisions and examine a practical 9-12 month program launch timeline with must-do checklist for successful launch. We’ll also touch on principles for marketing investment for new programs and approaches to post-launch governance.
