Ryan Leach
Director, Partner Development
Ryan Leach is a Director of Partner Development at EAB, where he supports universities in growing adult, graduate, and online marketing and enrollment. He partners with higher education leaders to develop data-informed growth strategies - aligning program positioning, audience targeting, and full-funnel outreach to convert interest into enrollment.
Prior to EAB, Ryan built his career in the non-profit and association space, supporting managed associations across higher education. Ryan is a graduate of the University of Michigan and is based in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He enjoys college football, staying active and spending time with his wife and two children.
