Monica Michalski
Director, Student Success
Monica Michalski brings more than 20 years of experience supporting student success in higher education through thoughtful leadership, collaboration, and data-informed strategy. Throughout her career, she has partnered with campus leaders to strengthen systems, improve outcomes, and create more connected, student-centered practices.
Prior to joining EAB, Monica led cross-functional teams across advising, accessibility and accommodations, opportunity programs, and faculty development, while managing equity-focused, grant-funded initiatives. She played a key role in strengthening collaboration between Academic Affairs and Student Affairs, streamlining operations, and improving student persistence and satisfaction. She also developed curriculum and served as an instructor in First Year Experience and as an adjunct faculty in the psychology department. In addition to her campus leadership experience, Monica has worked in customer experience consulting, helping organizations design scalable practices that drive adoption, build trust, and deliver measurable outcomes. Across roles, she has focused on change management, stakeholder alignment, and translating insight into practice.
Monica is passionate about helping institutions translate strategy into practice in ways that meaningfully improve student and employee experience. In her free time, Monica enjoys cooking, traveling, visiting new coffee shops, and watercolor painting.
