Lori Mapps
Managing Director, Partner Development
With more than two decades of experience as an enrollment management leader, Lori Mapps joined EAB in 2021 as a consultant on the Undergraduate Enrollment team. In her current role, Lori partners with colleges and universities to address today’s most pressing enrollment challenges while helping institutions plan strategically for the future.
Prior to EAB, Lori held enrollment leadership roles at a wide range of institutions, including the University of St. Thomas, Emory University School of Law, the University of Houston, and Howard Community College. In 2023, she earned her Ed.D. from the University of Southern California. Her dissertation, Addressing Financial Barriers to College Completion through Community Cultural Wealth, reflects her longstanding commitment to access, equity, and student success.
Outside of work, Lori is a proud football and track and field mom and a huge college football fan (Gig ‘em Aggies!). You can find her cheering loudly at a stadium near you.
