Join EAB for the Student Outcomes Summit, an in-person convening for senior leaders focused on advancing not just student success—but post-college success. Hosted at EAB’s Washington, D.C. offices, this summit brings together provosts, vice provosts, and cabinet-facing leaders from two- and four-year institutions for candid dialogue on building a more work-ready system of higher education.
As expectations rise around career outcomes and return on investment, institutions must rethink how they prepare students for life after graduation. Through peer discussion and practical insight, attendees will explore how to embed career readiness across the student experience—from enrollment through completion and into the workforce.
This event is designed for leaders across academic affairs, student affairs, and workforce strategy who are working to better connect institutional efforts with labor market realities and employer needs. Participants will leave with actionable strategies to strengthen alignment across campus and deliver measurable, career-relevant outcomes for students.

Applied ingenuity is the defining skill of the modern workforce, yet the experiences that build it too often remain optional or out of reach for many students. This session will take a deeper dive into the skills that comprise applied ingenuity, the experiences that help students build them, and how colleges and universities can hardwire those experiences across the student journey without completely reinventing the student experience.

As colleges and universities face growing pressure to demonstrate strong graduate career outcomes, they need a career readiness strategy that can reach every student. Career services cannot carry this work alone. This session will share best practices for building an institution-wide career ecosystem that distributes responsibility for creating career-ready graduates across career services, leadership, faculty, staff, student leaders, employers, and alumni, enabling institutions to deliver career education and preparation at scale.
