Strategic Leader, Student Success

Erika is a systems-minded education leader passionate about helping institutions build more effective, equitable, and human-centered workflows that drive student success at scale. In her role as a Strategic Leader of Student Success, Erika partners with education leaders to translate complex challenges into actionable strategies, aligning institutional priorities with data-informed approaches that strengthen outcomes for both students and the adults who serve them.

Prior to her current work, Erika held roles across K-12 instruction, college access, and student success, leading initiatives that have supported thousands of students and educators nationwide. Her work has spanned the design of onboarding systems, learning and development programs, data infrastructure, and cross-functional partnership strategies, all grounded in a commitment to operational excellence and meaningful impact.

Erika holds a degree from Dartmouth College, where she studied Sociology, African and African American Studies, and Human Development and Education, as well as a master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education. As a first-generation American and college graduate, she is deeply committed to expanding opportunity and strengthening the systems that make long-term change possible. She is particularly driven by the belief that institutions thrive when they are not only effective for students, but also supportive, sustainable, and empowering for the people who lead within them.

Outside of work, Erika is a Peloton enthusiast, an avid reader, and loves all things food!
