Laura Ladi
Senior Director, Partner Development
Laura Ladi works with deans and academic leaders on college-level strategy, planning, and change efforts. At EAB, she helps deans clarify priorities and move work forward across areas such as research sustainability, faculty alignment, program strategy, and long-range planning. Before joining EAB, Laura spent more than a decade at the Advisory Board Company, where she partnered with more than 100 health systems on strategy, operations, performance improvement, and leadership alignment. She earned her Master’s in Hospital Administration from Georgetown University.
