As Managing Director of Talent, Elizabeth serves as a driver of cultural change at EAB and partners closely with senior leaders to activate the firm's most important strategic priorities. Her portfolio spans workforce enablement, revenue learning and development, and the firm's broader learning and development function, while working in close collaboration with teams focused on inclusive culture and leadership, employee engagement, and corporate social responsibility. Elizabeth is passionate about building talent infrastructures that bring out the best in people and help mission-driven organizations achieve their goals.
Elizabeth has spent 19 years at EAB and its predecessor, The Advisory Board Company, holding progressive roles across talent, learning and development, and commercial operations. Prior to her current role, she served as Head of Learning and Development, where she built programs and systems to drive behavior change and support business outcomes across the firm.
