Zoe Burrow

Zoe Burrow is Director of Research Partner Success and a Strategic Leader who joined EAB in 2024. In her role, she supports our partners by building relationships with university executive leaders to understand their strategic priorities and deploy EAB research, insights, and services to advance institutional goals.

Before joining EAB, Zoe spent most of her career in the corporate HR space and healthcare industry. She previously spend 4.5 years at the Advisory Board, where she specialized in delivering strategy, operations, and HR research solutions to large hospitals and health systems.

Zoe holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Richmond. She lives in Richmond, VA, with her husband and enjoys reading, running, and discovering new restaurants.
