Creating a Districtwide Behavior Management System Collaborative
Partner Event
Superintendents frequently share that addressing student behavior is one of their most urgent district priorities. Despite investments in a variety of behavior initiatives, including PBIS, SEL, and other behavior supports, many districts report student behavior challenges feel more frequent, intense, and disruptive than before the pandemic.
For many districts, progress depends less on adding new behavior initiatives, but more on connecting existing efforts through a coordinated behavior management system with clear roles and processes. Across four working sessions, EAB experts will help district leaders to:
- Identify strengths and gaps from the district office to buildings and classrooms
- Align initiatives and supports across tiers
- Prioritize next steps using EAB’s proven tools and resources
Sessions will include best-practice guidance, protected work time, and peer discussion.
