Michelle Paquin

Michelle Paquin serves as Managing Director within EAB’s talent division. Across her tenure with EAB, she led numerous talent-related functions including learning and development, employee engagement, corporate communications, and corporate social responsibility. Today, Michelle oversees corporate communications in addition to a variety of strategic initiatives to enhance organizational culture and the employee experience. 

Prior to joining EAB, Michelle spent 20 years at The Advisory Board Company, where she held a variety of roles ranging from sales operations to recruiting and business partnership. 

Michelle serves on the board of directors at Mary’s Center, a federally qualified health center headquartered in Washington, D.C. As a former collegiate ice hockey player, she’s an avid sports fan and enjoys being active. Michelle can often be found cheering for her children on the soccer field and baseball diamond.
