Nathanael Summer

Nathanael currently serves as a Senior Strategic Leader at EAB, partnering with institutions on undergraduate enrollment strategies. Nathanael leads a team responsible for creating, executing, and monitoring recruitment campaigns. Before joining EAB, Nathanael spent two years at Accenture, serving in their Education Practice. Throughout his time at Accenture, he worked on a variety of projects ranging from process improvement in the K-12 space to shared services for a network of colleges and universities.

Nathanael began his career in education as a practitioner at Lenoir-Rhyne University. As Director of Undergraduate Admission, he directed the admission process from point of prospect development through enrollment. Responsible for traditional first-year, transfer, and adult learner enrollment, Lenoir-Rhyne experienced tremendous growth during his tenure.
