Katie Kozicki

Before joining the team at EAB, Katie Kozicki worked for several years as a College Counselor at non-profit agencies first in Minneapolis, Minnesota and later in Brooklyn, New York, supporting primarily first-generation students in their pursuit of college graduation. She also has experience working with the Tennessee Higher Education Commission where she supported efforts to grow the Tennessee Reconnect program for adult learners.

Now as a Senior Strategic Leader for Student Success, she helps support institutions utilizing EAB’s Student Success Management System, Navigate, to more effectively implement, scale, and analyze initiatives targeted at promoting student retention and graduation. At home in Washington DC, Katie enjoys watercolor painting, biking around the National Mall, and frequenting neighborhood coffee shops.
