Michelle DiMenna 

Michelle DiMenna is a Director of Research Partner Success and Strategic Leader who joined the EAB team in 2018. She supports our partners by building relationships with university executive leaders to understand their institutional priorities and deploy EAB research and services to help them successfully navigate this challenging moment for higher ed.

Prior to her current role, Michelle served on EAB’s research team working on best-practice research studies for Professional, Continuing, Adult, and Online programs and Academic Affairs leaders. Her work has focused on student success, student enrollment, and marketing.

Before joining the firm, Michelle worked in Institutional Research at her alma mater, St. Mary’s College of Maryland. When not in the office, Michelle can be found adventuring in the great outdoors, at her sewing machine, or cooking.
