Aaron Rutledge

Aaron Rutledge is the Director of Partnerships within the Partner Success Technology team at EAB. In this capacity, Aaron oversees a portfolio of hundreds of institutions and supports a team of Strategic Leaders as they work closely with university leaders to manage their student success strategy, training & support, impact analysis and long-term initiative management. Aaron is driven by the ability to work with executive leaders to transform the student experience on their individual campus, while bringing all that the Student Success Collaborative has to offer to support those efforts.

Prior to this role, Aaron had a strong background student success consulting and on university campuses where he has worked to create new retention and student success-based programs, collaborated across campus, and utilized data to inform decisions.
