Ali O’Hara works with marketing and enrollment leaders as they navigate undergraduate recruitment in an ever-changing landscape. With four years at EAB, Ali partners closely with institutions to help clarify enrollment strategies and better connect with prospective students.

Ali is particularly passionate about helping colleges and universities find and enroll their best-fit students while expanding access and opportunity in higher education. Her work sits at the intersection of enrollment strategy, digital storytelling, and search, helping institutions think more clearly about how students discover, engage with, and ultimately choose schools. She recognizes that no two institutions are the same and enjoys collaborating with partners to brainstorm thoughtful, customized solutions that reflect each institution’s unique goals, context, and student population.

Outside of work, Ali is an avid reader and enjoys experimenting with new recipes.
