Amy Luitjens
Managing Director, Partner Success, Adult Learner Recruitment
Amy Luitjens is a Managing Director with EAB’s Adult Learner Recruitment. In that role, Amy leverages her expertise in graduate and professional schools to provide thought leadership and guidance to advance current and prospective higher education partners' enrollment goals through customized and data-driven solutions. Prior to joining the ALR team, Amy served as a Principal with EAB’s Financial Aid Optimization group. In that role, she advised a diverse portfolio of institutions’ leadership in analyzing the optimal approach to meeting their key revenue and enrollment goals using financial aid policy and other strategies.
Before joining EAB in 2016, Amy has spent much of her career in a range of enrollment-related roles, across varied institutional types and programs, often collaborating with partner and professional associations as a liaison. She also leverages her graduate and professional work in public administration and policy to support the development of strategy across multiple stakeholder groups on campus, calling on national and regional political and economic landscapes and forecasting to inform institution-specific goal setting.
In her free time, she is an avid international and domestic traveler, and is dedicated to women’s leadership development work.
