Senior Analyst, Product Marketing

Autumn Baggett-Griggs is a Senior Analyst on EAB’s Product Marketing team, with marketing efforts focused on Enroll360, Appily, and CONNECTED. She focuses on turning research and product strategy into clear, compelling campaigns that help enrollment leaders make informed decisions.

Prior to joining EAB, Autumn served as Director of Enrollment Marketing at a regional public institution in Alabama. There, she oversaw digital strategy, recruitment communications, and cross-campus marketing initiatives designed to support student enrollment goals.

As a first-generation college graduate, Autumn cares deeply about making higher education more accessible and transparent. She brings that perspective to her work, ensuring strategy stays grounded in the real needs of students and institutions.

Outside of work, Autumn enjoys live music, thrift shopping, and volunteering with community organizations across Northeast Tennessee.

Autumn holds an M.S. in Strategic Communication and a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies (music, business, psychology) from Troy University. She is an alumna of Tau Beta Sigma, Sigma Alpha Iota, and Omicron Delta Kappa.
