Brittni MacLeod

Director, Student Experience and Well-Being Research

Dr. Brittni MacLeod is a Director for EAB and carries out research on behalf of academic and student affairs leaders as they focus on best practices that affect student experience, success, and well-being. Her team's work guides provosts, vice presidents, and senior directors, but informs practice of additional student-facing roles as well. She draws from her experiences as a scholar-practitioner on multiple campuses when working with EAB partners.

Brittni joined EAB in 2023 after spending much of her career managing co-curricular engagement, student leadership, and academic support programs. She began her career in academic advising and has expertise in supporting First Generation College Students, academic recovery, supplemental instruction programs, student engagement, assessment program design, and high-impact practices.

Outside work, you can find Brittni zipping her family around town for sports, enjoying the many parks and trails nearby, or at Orange Theory.
