Brynna Morgan

Brynna Morgan is a Strategic Leader at EAB. Since joining EAB in 2017, Brynna has partnered with higher education leaders on issues related to strategic talent management, financial sustainability, academic innovation, and institutional strategy. In her current role, she works closely with regional colleges and universities to help leaders translate strategy into action by connecting institutional priorities with EAB’s research, advisory services, and strategic guidance. Brynna serves as a thought partner to executive leaders, fostering collaborative relationships that support long-term planning, organizational alignment, and institutional transformation.

Prior to shifting into strategic partner leadership, Brynna spent several years leading research initiatives focused on the evolving challenges facing colleges and universities. She worked extensively with chief business officers, chief human resources officers, provosts, vice presidents for research, and senior facilities officers to develop practical, actionable insights for institutional leaders.

In her free time, Brynna enjoys reading the latest fiction novel, exploring new cities, and cheering on her ‘Hoos in all college sports.
