Cara Weiman

As Executive Vice President at EAB, Cara Weiman leads the adult market segment of our Marketing and Enrollment Solutions division; she also oversees the firm’s talent strategy. She is passionate about driving impact for the institutions we serve, building scalable infrastructure to support growth, creating amazing careers, and nurturing an inclusive culture.

Prior to joining EAB, Cara spent more than 20 years at The Advisory Board Company, where she played a key role in a wide range of projects, including financial transactions and investor relations, acquisitions and integrations of new businesses, the firm’s holistic response to the 2008 economic downturn, and numerous strategic, operational, and cross-functional process improvement projects.
