Catherine Flowers

Catherine Flowers is a higher education professional with experience both in and beyond the college classroom. While working in student affairs at the University of South Carolina, she found her passion establishing a strong first-year experience for students. As an advisor, instructor, and director of partnerships for the first-year program, she has expertise in student development, project management, and interdisciplinary collaboration. In her current role in Partner Experience at EAB, Catherine focuses on leveraging data-driven strategies to support student success initiatives on college campuses. Her work is centered on helping institutions create environments where students can thrive holistically.

Beyond her professional achievements, Catherine is passionate about creative pursuits like writing and painting, as she and her husband strive to keep up with the imaginations of their two young daughters.
