Christian Parker

Christian Parker is an Associate Strategic Leader at EAB, where she partners with community college leaders nationwide through the Strategic Advisory Services membership. In this role, Christian works closely with presidents, provosts, and senior administrators to help campus leaders leverage EAB research and tools to make informed decisions and implement meaningful change in support of their top institutional priorities.

Christian joined EAB in 2023 as an Account Management Associate, where she built a strong foundation in client partnership, higher education strategy, and delivering value through sustained engagement. This experience helps her work effectively with community college leaders as they navigate complex decisions, use research to guide next steps, and make progress on initiatives such as student success, enrollment, and institutional planning.
