Cindy Berg

As Managing Director of Strategy & New Ventures, Cindy helps lead EAB’s efforts to identify and evaluate growth opportunities for the firm, including new product development and partnerships and acquisitions. Cindy has spent over 20 years helping mission-oriented organizations in health care and education achieve their strategic goals.

Prior to joining EAB, Cindy held various leadership roles at The Advisory Board Company, EAB’s predecessor. She also successfully founded and grew a sports nutrition business. Cindy is passionate about innovation, entrepreneurship, and the realization of transformative ideas.

Cindy lives in Needham, Massachusetts with her husband and two children. She serves on the Board of Gift of Adoption, and spends her free time doing crossword puzzles and any form of exercise.
