Senior Strategic Leader, Research Partner Success
Cricket Francisco is a Senior Strategic Leader for Research Partner Success at EAB. She partners with university leaders around the globe to ensure their EAB engagements are closely aligned with their most important institutional priorities. Working with presidents, provosts, chief operating officers, and other senior leaders, Cricket shapes and directs partnerships spanning institutional strategy, organizational effectiveness, academic portfolio strategy, data and AI governance, student experience, and advancement.
Since joining EAB in 2018, Cricket has supported a diverse range of higher education partners and developed a broad perspective on the challenges facing universities across different systems and contexts. She serves as an ambassador and connector across EAB, bringing together the right research, experts, and peer perspectives to help partners accelerate progress and realize the full value of their EAB partnership.
