Dalya Beckett
Senior Associate, Launch Consulting
Dalya Beckett is a Senior Launch Consultant that leads specialized cohorts that are tailored to support institutions as they implement the Navigate360 Student App and Academic Planning tool (Program Advising). Dalya has intentionally designed these cohorts to foster engaging and collaborative environments for institutions. Also, she serves as the SME for the Launch Consulting team as it relates to Student, Academic Planning and NavAI tools. She creates both internal and external-facing resources that denote best practices, strategies and recommendations. She specializes in process improvement, customer service management and project management.
Prior to joining EAB, Dalya served as the Program Manager for Course Support Services at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where she was first introduced to Connect (Navigate360). While at Charlotte, she transitioned to the Interim Assistant Director role for Tutorial Services, which is the second largest student employer on campus. She formed strong relationships within both Academic and Student Affairs, most notably she led the expansion of tutoring to satellite sites around campus as well as expanded offerings during summer terms. In addition, she taught a UCOL course that focused on students on academic probation, all while pursuing her M.Ed. in Educational Leadership (with a concentration in Higher Education). Always leading with empathy and dedication, her background in customer service, communications, government and higher education has established a culture of effective, efficient and purposeful implementations for varying institution types.
Outside of EAB, Dalya is a history aficionado that loves to travel and is an avid concert-goer. She is an active member of The University of South Carolina’s Alumni Association and is a founding member of their LGBTQ+ Council, as the Charlotte Representative. Within one year, the Council raised over $50,000 for the Inclusive Excellence Scholarship, the first of its kind in university history. In Charlotte, she helps facilitate a bi-weekly support group at Time Out Youth, Charlotte’s longest running LGBTQ+ Youth Center and volunteers at The Carolina Theatre helping to support the arts.
