Danielle Bouza
Strategic Leader, Student Success
Danielle is a Strategic Leader part of the Student Success Collaborative. In this role she helps partners align their institutional goals and priorities with the Navigate360 platform, designed to support student success initiatives.
As a New Jersey native, she graduated from Rutgers University with both her Bachelor’s degree and Master of Public Administration. Her on-campus experience in a number of peer support programs sparked a career path in higher education. She spent 5 years at large public universities working on an assortment of academic success and career development programming as well as a brief nonprofit role in scholarship administration.
Through this journey she discovered a knack for picking up new software to support processes and the value of data in planning and decision-making. This led her to EAB where she sought to support partners with maximizing their Navigate360 platform to achieve student success goals and leverage the insights gathered to continue improving the student experience at 2-year and 4-year public institutions.
In her free time she enjoys reading personal finance forums, watching walking tour videos around the world, and spoiling her cat Billy.
