Dawn Ressel

Dawn is a Senior Director on the Research Advisory Service team at EAB. With over twenty-five years of experience in institutional effectiveness and data analytics, she works with higher education institutions to enhance financial sustainability and resiliency by identifying and implementing efficiencies that support both the academic enterprise and administrative operations.

Dawn strategically leverages technology and data to support institutional priorities, develop key performance indicators (KPIs), and drive innovation across both academic and administrative areas. She partners with academic leaders to optimize program offerings, align faculty resources with student demand, and ensure instructional investments contribute to institutional priorities. At the same time, she collaborates with administrative leaders to improve budgeting practices, streamline operations, and drive cost efficiencies that strengthen the institution’s financial health. She also supports institutions as they explore and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.

Dawn holds a Master of Science in Statistics from the University of Arkansas and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the College of the Ozarks. When not supporting institutions in their pursuit of financial sustainability, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and camping with her family, including her beloved four-legged companions.
