Dustin Ott

Dustin works with Community and Technical College leaders to improve operational efficiency as well as increase retention and completion rates. Dustin helps lead EAB’s Community College Services, which leverages best-in-class research, technology, and consulting services, including EAB’s Student Success Management System and Academic Performance Solutions.

Across Dustin’s 8 years at EAB, he has served as a strategic advisor to Presidents & Chancellors, Provosts, Vice Presidents of Student Success, and other senior leaders, on numerous topics including: future strategy, strategic planning, marketing & recruitment, student success, facilities management, course planning,and advising.

Dustin is a results-oriented leader responsible for aligning Community and Technical College needs with EAB’s areas of expertise. Dustin lives in Washington, D.C. and enjoys college football and spending time with his dog, Poppy.
