Erica Knight

Erica Knight is Managing Director of Partner Success with Enroll360. As Managing Director, she collaborates with her members to develop and execute strategies to help them reach ambitious enrollment objectives. For over a decade, she has focused on data and analytics, coupled with a deep understanding EAB’s enrollment recruitment direct marketing practices, to support members as they work to reach their goals.

Erica has spent her entire career at EAB since graduating from the University of Virginia, where she studied a Pre-Med curriculum and earned a B.A. in Sociology while cheering on the Wahoos as a varsity cheerleader. She is passionate about EAB’s mission and committed to serving institutions of higher education—enjoying every minute of her career at EAB!

Outside work, you’ll find her exercising the same sense of commitment and purpose that she brings to the office every day as she trains for marathons and pursues a passion for health and fitness. She also enjoys spending as much time as possible with family, friends and her German Short haired Pointer, Olive.
