Erin McDougal
Managing Director, Technology Partner Success
Erin McDougal is a senior leader of the Technology Partner Success team, managing teams that provide comprehensive support services for our technology products, including technical support, partner experience programs, and implementation services. She has spent the past 10+ years at EAB working to ensure our partners have every resource, program, and support they need to get the most out of our tools, and thereby see the greatest gains in student success. Prior to taking on this role, she served as a consultant for Navigate360 partners and specialized in supporting the strategic use of our analytics tools within the platform.
Her background is in marine biology and she enjoys sharing random facts about lobsters and cephalopods with her colleagues. An avid reader and watercolor painter, Erin also enjoys exploring new cities, playing board games, and watching movies.
