Grace Kiernan

Grace is an audience generation expert at EAB specializing in graduate and adult learners. Grace currently oversees EAB’s newly launched Appily Advance platform, working with marketing and recruitment leaders to optimize their top-of-funnel strategies through qualified, high-intent inquiry generation efforts for adult degree completion and graduate business programs. Grace is also responsible for identifying additional adult audiences to serve as EAB expands this initiative.

Prior to Appily, Grace worked on EAB’s Adult Learner Recruitment initiative where she supported dozens of institutions on recruitment strategy and enrollment goals. Throughout her career, Grace has championed increased access to higher education by helping universities strengthen and streamline communication with prospective students. Grace also spends time mentoring underserved, degree-seeking students in Washington DC on the college research and application process. Having benefited greatly from similar mentoring, Grace aims to give thanks by providing tools to help future students of all ages make informed decisions.
