Hillary Booker

As a Strategic Leader, Hillary partners with institutions to define strategic goals and provides data-driven and actionable insights to advance their use of technology, removing barriers for students in their pursuit of academic success and timely graduation.

Before joining EAB, Hillary worked in higher education for 15 years, beginning as a career and academic advisor before advancing to leadership in student success, engagement, and retention. As Assistant Dean of Student Success Advising at her most recent institution, she led cross-functional teams through large-scale adoption of new technologies and several organizational changes, including a merger and the launch of a satellite campus abroad.

On a personal note, Hillary loves to travel (and eat) her way through new cities and countries and volunteers her time outside of work to help students study abroad with the non-profit, Fund for Education Abroad.
