
Holly Chatham
Managing Director and Principal
Holly Chatham is a Managing Director and Principal, leading partner success strategy for Advancement Advisory Services and advising presidents and cabinets. Holly has been at EAB for over a decade. She has served as a Strategic Leader for Strategic Advisory Services partners, working with institutions on myriad key priorities. She has traveled to countless campuses to present and facilitate discussion on topics such as fundraising and alumni relations, student success, and industry futures. Holly also held the position of Chief of Staff/Senior Director of People and Business Operations within EAB’s Research division. After a stint at an AI start-up, she returned to EAB to lead the Advancement partner success team.
Prior to joining EAB, Holly's career encompassed several roles in education, including as a full-time instructor at Yale University and as Head of the Middle and Upper School Music Department at Marymount School of New York. She holds a doctorate from Rutgers University, a Master’s from Indiana University, and a Bachelor’s from Clayton State University.
In her spare time, she serves on various boards and enjoys reading, traveling, and hiking.
