Jenna Hock

Jenna Hock leads partner development for EAB’s student success and analytics technology portfolio, including Navigate360, Edify, and EAB’s CRM solutions. She and her team work with colleges and universities to understand their most pressing challenges and identify technology and strategic support that can improve student outcomes, strengthen institutional performance, and help campus leaders achieve their goals.

Jenna joined EAB’s former parent organization, The Advisory Board Company, in 2009. From 2009 to 2017, she held consulting and technology roles supporting hospitals, health systems, and physician practices. She subsequently transitioned to higher education, bringing extensive experience helping mission-driven organizations use technology, data, and best-practice research to navigate complex challenges and drive meaningful change.

Jenna lives in Maryland with her husband, two children, and two dogs. Outside of work, she coaches youth lacrosse, plays pickleball, and enjoys spending time with her family.
