Senior Director, Research Advisory Services

Dr. Jennifer Latino is a Senior Director for EAB’s Research Advisory Services and serves as an expert in Institutional Strategy and Planning as well as the full student journey from Enrollment, the Student Experience and Advancement. Jennifer enjoys engaging with EAB partners around topics such as Strategy and Planning, Student Success and Advancement efforts. She is a facilitator for EAB’s Mental Health and Major Maps Collaboratives.

Jennifer Latino holds degrees from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke (B.S. in Business Administration), North Carolina State University (M.Ed.) and Florida State University (Ed.D). Jennifer built her career through experiences at a diverse array of institution types including large-research, women’s college, community college, and faith-based institutions. After seventeen years as a college administrator, Jennifer entered the field of educational consulting.

When she is not engaged in work with EAB partners, Jennifer enjoys a variety of activities including boxing, CrossFit, and riding her Peloton. Additionally, she enjoys cooking and is an enthusiastic fan of jigsaw puzzles!
