Jessica King, Ed.D.

Director, Technology Partner Experience

Jessica King supports both partners and colleagues as we leverage technology and research best practices in alignment with institutional goals and priorities for student success. This includes championing the implementation of student success technology maturity curves, developing and leading EAB Experiences programming for Executive Sponsors, and advancing internal team training and content development projects.

Prior to joining EAB, Jessica served as Dean of Student Success at a regional, private institution and led success initiatives at-large, including the implementation of Starfish and the move to a professional advising model. She spent over 14 years working primarily in campus-bases roles in functional areas that have also included admissions, advising, honors education, fraternity and sorority life, and student activities. Jessica’s varied interests are unified by her passion for holistic and comprehensive student success strategies.

Outside of work, Jessica is a committed dog mom, avid reader, and enthusiastic traveler.
