
Jessica Owens, Ph.D.
Associate Director, Partner Support
Jessica is an Associate Director on EAB’s Technology Partner Support Team. In this role, Jessica serves as the liaison between product teams and partner institutions on the student-facing portions of Navigate360, ensuring that partners are kept informed about technology updates to make the maximum impact on student success. The Partner Support Team serves as the primary point of contact for all technology questions and issues from partners, helping to provide quick resolution for thousands of users across hundreds of institutions.
Prior to her role in Partner Support, Jessica served as a Student Success Strategic Leader on EAB’s Student Success Team, partnering with higher education institutions to maximize impact and make data driven decisions aligned with EAB’s Student Success Collaborative goals.
Prior to joining EAB, Jessica served as a leader in Academic Success and Academic Advising at Clemson University. She is passionate about supporting institutions as they strive to provide innovative, impactful educational experiences for their students and draws on her extensive campus experience to support those efforts.
