Josh Miller

As a Senior Strategic Leader at EAB, Josh partners with institutions to align strategy, operations, and technology to drive measurable outcomes. He specializes in workflow architecture, cross-functional alignment, and change leadership, helping organizations translate strategic priorities into scalable execution.

Josh began his higher education career in 2011 in IT before transitioning to academic affairs in 2015, where he led online program development initiatives. In 2019, he was appointed the inaugural director of Georgia Military College’s Center for Teaching and Learning, leading institutional student success strategy and executing a system-wide rollout of technology-enabled workflows across 14 campuses.

An avid golfer, Josh served as head coach of Georgia Military College’s 2017 NJCAA Division 3 National Championship men’s golf team. He lives in Milledgeville, Georgia with his wife, daughters, and their rescue dog, Sammie.
