Katerina Chan

Katerina is a Director on EAB’s Technology Partner Experience team. She supports our Data and Analytics and Student Success products, working closely with Strategic Leaders to surface ways to help partners use the technology to support their institutional goals. In her role, she manages programming (e.g., events) and creates resources (e.g., toolkits, videos, guides) to help partners best understand how to use the data, design new or iterate on existing planning processes, and achieve impact.

Prior to her time at EAB, she was at the Advisory Board Company supporting a rounding technology product to help improve patient experience. She also worked at the University of Virginia’s Alumni Association. In her role, she engaged with students and the Charlottesville community in event planning, outreach, and execution.

In her free time, Katerina enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and searching for good eats.
